Post and Packing is an independent postal retailer serving the local communities and businesses alike. Post and Packing deal with all postal requirements that include, stamps, parcels, mailings, packaging, mail fulfilment, order fulfilment, eBay and online store customers, post box rentals, storage and much more.
The role of the Shop Manager is to work in the shop on a daily basis serving business customers, and dealing with the mail requirements of our business accounts. The Shop Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the shop, ensuring all customers receive a high standard of service and that our business accounts orders are processed in a timely and efficient manner.
The ideal candidates we are looking for will have the following:
- Previous experience in retail, ideally in a management role
- Reliable and dependable
- Able to work on own initiative
- Customer focused
- Proven track record
- Ambitious and determined to succeed
