Sales Office Team Leader

New Appointments Group are delighted to be assisting our new and innovative client in the search for an experienced Sales Office Team Leader.

As a start up business the successful candidate will be confident and pro-active in implementing new systems to assist in the providing of an efficient service. Comfortable working alone, you will be self-motivated with the ability to work under your own initiative.

Selling into the NHS, you will manage the CRM system to build strong working relationships with all potential customers whilst also managing clients through a strong level of communication. Working to a high attention to detail, you will provide an informative and knowledgeable service across our client product range, with the ability to spot sales opportunities without a tough sell approach.

You will have previously managed remote field staff, managing their diaries through the generation of sales opportunities. Ensuring they are providing an exemplary level of customer service you will be a strong communicator across all levels with the ability to efficiently liaise information across all relevant departments.
