Basic Salary + uncapped commission and incentives. 1st year OTE £26,000.

As part of a prolonged period of growth, which has necessitated our recent move to state of the art offices at Discovery Park, Sandwich, we are looking to add to our team of experienced and dedicated consultants.
About the role:
Your day will be challenging and varied, as our consultants take responsibility for both client and candidate relationships. As a Sales Consultant, your primary responsibilities are:
• Identifying new business opportunities, developing client relationships and managing a client database. • Working with candidates to match them to job opportunities. • Working with clients and colleagues to design and implement candidate attraction strategies, including creative advertising and headhunting.
