Successful candidates will assist customers to identify correct product & services, place orders and resolve queries whilst at the same time identifying additional revenue streams for the Company. Full training & support will be given to ambitious self starters determined to pursue a career in customer service.

Paper to ink to pens, and we offer so much more. We provide print and design services, promotional products, furniture, and even catering products.

Customer Service Representative duties include:

Answering the telephone and responding to incoming customer queries.
Processing customer orders using the company back-office system.
Contacting potential customers via the telephone.
Maintaining a database of potential customers. Prepare quotations for customers and prospective customers.
Assist with other ad hoc tasks as and when required.
Comply with Company requirements for attendance and punctuality

Grade C+ GCSE English and Maths or equivalent qualification preferred, or the commitment to upskilling is necessary
