Requirements and prospects
Need to be PC literate; literate and numerate. Needs to be capable of taking direction, and also of working independently when required.
The successful applicant will be punctual, reliable and highly organised. The ability to be tidy and organised is key.
English, Maths and ICT Grade C+ GCSE or equivalent qualification preferred.
A successful apprentice will go on to get a job at Clinco.
Things to consider
Our office has a library-like feel and would suit someone who is able to work in a quiet and ordered manner within that environment.
Applicants should research travel to Discovery Park, Sandwich and be happy it is achievable.
About the employer
Clinco is a medico-legal consultancy serving solicitors across the UK by ordering and analysing medical evidence in serious personal injury and clinical negligence cases.
Clinco sort, collate and paginate medical records. We provide medical chronologies. Our job is to assist solicitors acting in clinical negligence and catastrophic personal injury claims. All records are indexed and collated in-house by our team of experienced caseworkers and support staff. Clinco was founded in 2009. Since that date, we have ordered, analysed and summarised over 3,000 cases. Our office has its own DX exchange, copying and scanning facilities as well as 24/7 security. Every case receives careful, expert and prompt attention.
The business currently consists of two directors, two supervisors, nine caseworkers and three support staff.
CLINICAL COLLATION LIMITED
Support and training will be given in the workplace to achieve the outcomes of the Apprenticeship. This qualification will be assessed in the workplace with the candidate assigned an Assessor who will work with the employer to deliver the following:
Level 2 Diploma in Business Administration (QCF)
Employee Right and Responsibilities (ERR)
Personal Learning and Thinking Skills (PLTS)
Functional Skills Maths (at required level)
Functional Skills English (at required level) Functional Skills ICT (at required level)
Please note that if the candidate does not have Grade C GCSE or equivalent exemptions then Functional Skills will be required and the candidate will be required to attend College campus delivery.
