Bottle Green Websites have brought their digital expertise and support of Hibernian FC to the StartUp Zone at Discovery Park in Sandwich.
The company specialises in helping small and medium sized businesses maximise their potential online with a particular focus on the complex art of search engine optimisation.
It was founded in Edinburgh at the end of 2012 when colleagues Stuart Wilson and Alan Finn decided to leave their jobs with British Telecom to set up the business after spotting a potential gap in the market. The name and distinctive logo – were inspired by the famous footballing side, currently enjoying a run of success in the top half of the Scottish Championship – Unsurprisingly Stuart and Alan are both committed fans.
Stuart recently moved to Ramsgate with his family and chose Discovery Park for his Kent base after seeing the potential for himself following a networking event at the site. He moved onto site last month. He said: “I had no idea at the size of Discovery Park or the opportunities available and am really look forward to building on the success we have had in Scotland here in Kent.
“Between us Alan and I are able to offer a bespoke way forward for any kind of business seeking to maximise their digital profile, whether that’s for a care home in Penzance or a kilnmaker in Aberdeen.” “The StartUp Zone is a great place to build up networks and get your face seen by the many established businesses already on site. That’s not so easy doing from an office at home.”
Anna Stone, Leasing Director, Discovery Park, said: “We’re delighted to welcome Bottle Green websites to the StartUp Zone, which has proven a real springboard for new companies.
“Our whole approach here at Discovery Park is to offer companies the opportunities and space to fulfil their potential and I am sure
