Discovery Park
Renata Harmadyova
Tenant Liaison

Posted on 11.09.2014

Discovery Park has welcomed a talented customer service professional to their team to support a growing number of tenants at the park. Renata Harmadyova, 30, from Broadstairs, has joined the team at Europe’s largest science and technology park as Tenant Liaison and will be the first point of contact for almost 100 companies and 1,600 staff that are located on the site.

Renata is well aware of the rich pharmaceutical heritage of Discovery Park, having worked as an executive welcome host in the site’s visitors centre for more than a year. “I initially wanted to work at Discovery Park as everyone was talking about it. I wanted to be part of the team that was putting Sandwich back on the map.”

She explains that applying for the Tenant Liaison post was an easy decision to make. “Through my work in the Visitors Centre, I had already met a lot of the tenants and started to build really good relationships with them. I wanted to get more involved and focus on making sure that all of the tenants are happy at Discovery Park, making sure their experience is first-class.”

Anna Stone, Leasing Manager at Discovery Park said:

“Renata is an excellent addition to our team. She is extremely professional and personable, which is perfect as her role will be to ensure that the high-levels of customer service that we give to tenants at Discovery Park is sustained and exceeded as the site continues to grow.”

The site’s existing Facilities Co-ordinator, Lauren Moore, will continue in her position whilst beginning to take on a more technical role, securing customer contracts and assisting Anna Stone with obtaining new tenants.
