The role of entrepreneurship and innovation in driving economic growth in the South East

On new tenants NatWest’s South East Regional Board, in partnership with South East Business magazine, are holding a roundtable looking into how entrepreneurship and innovation in technology can accelerate economic growth in Kent and help revitalise the South East coastal towns.

The event, on Friday 17 June, will be chaired the editor of South East Business magazine and a write up of the roundtable will appear in a future issue.

In addition to NatWest’s Managing Director for London & South East Tim Boag, the roundtable’s panel will be made up a number of the cutting-edge start-ups and SMEs based at Discovery Park as well as Thanet-based not-for-profit organisations that support local at risk and disadvantaged people by providing vital life, education, business and employability skills.

The roundtable will begin at 10.30. it will be followed at 12.30 by a ribbon cutting ceremony as NatWest celebrates the opening of our new Discovery Park office.

Tenants will be able to, over refreshments, meet members of the different areas of NatWest that can support them with their personal and business needs and find out more about some of the exciting events and plans we have for our presence in Discovery Park

We will also have more news to update tenants on an ATM machine.
