Kreston Reeves’ Chairman shares his expertise on imminent tax changes

Posted on 08/02/16

Kreston Reeves, one of the leading accountancy and financial services firms located across London and the South East, has produced a short video in which its Head of Taxation and Chairman, Clive Stevens sets out the implications of the major changes being brought in from 5th April 2016 to the way that dividend income – and indeed many types of distributions from private limited companies – will be taxed.

While Kreston Reeves is already advising a number of companies and directors on these imminent changes, it is especially important for all shareholders of private limited companies to be fully aware of the implications so they can take action to mitigate the effects as soon as possible.
